Welcome to The Yoga Channel and Maribeth Hammond E-R.Y.T. 500 Our mission is to lead you to quality yoga instruction in the Ventura County area.

 

The practice of yoga reduces stress and promotes strength, endurance and flexibility. YOGA is union; a union of mind, body and spirit. Yoga restores balance and harmony by awakening the natural flow of energy that resides in the body.

At the yoga channel we offer a variety of classes taught by some of the finest teachers in Ventura County.

MARIBETH HAMMOND E-R.Y.T. 500 is the director of The Yoga Channel at Silver Strand Beach. She has earned registration and recognition by the Yoga Alliance for her more than 7,500 hours of yoga instruction. She currently teaches all levels of classes, a variety of specialty workshops, stress reduction programs for the Ventura County Fire Dept. and is offering a Yoga Alliance approved and registered teacher training program at the 200 hour level.

Maribeth brings body alignment, flexibility, spiritual awareness and serenity from over 30 years of meditation practice into her work. She is also available for PRIVATE SESSIONS.
