Our Instructors

Meet the Instructors Who Guide Your Journey

At The Yoga Channel, our instructors are the heart of everything we do. Each brings a unique background, style, and perspective, but all share the same commitment—to help you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind, and supported every step of the way.

Our team blends decades of experience across yoga, bodywork, meditation, and holistic healing. From alignment-focused instruction and breathwork to restorative practices and sound healing, you’ll find a wide range of approaches designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re stepping into your very first class or deepening an established practice, there’s an instructor here who will resonate with you.

What truly sets our instructors apart is their genuine care for the people they teach. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience—you’ll be guided, encouraged, and welcomed as part of a community that values connection just as much as progress. Many of our instructors have trained right here at The Yoga Channel, creating a sense of continuity, trust, and shared purpose that you can feel in every class.

Take a moment to get to know the team below, and when you’re ready, join us for a class. You’ll quickly discover that it’s not just about yoga—it’s about the people you practice with.
